Book a PACKAGE

Do I need previous experience for your classes?

Absolutely not. I cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. I tailor each workout to your abilities and goals. Everyone is welcome!

Can I cancel a booked session?

Any session or pack paid in advance cannot be refunded. Any cancellation must be made at least 96 hours in advance. A pack will be valid for 6 months.

How long is the class duration?

Class duration is flexible to suit your needs, typically lasting 1 hour. However, it can extend to 1.5 or even 2 hours depending on your preference and fitness goals.

Do you do home training?

Absolutely, I offer home training services. I can travel to your location in Paris and the Parisian region for our training sessions.

Do you offer 1-on-1 classes and personal training?

Yes, every session is personalized with attentive monitoring to help you reach your fitness goals. My approach is entirely 1-on-1, ensuring that your training plan is tailor-made for your needs.

Do I need to bring any special equipment?

No, you simply need to come in appropriate workout attire and clean sports shoes. A towel will be provided at the facility.

Should I eat before the session?

It is recommended to have a meal at least 2 hours before your session to ensure proper energy levels during your workout.

What hygiene measures are in place for users?
