3. Bookings and Cancellations: Bookings for our services can be made directly through the Site. Any cancellations must be made at least 96 hours in advance. Any sessions or packages paid for in advance are non-refundable. A package will be valid for 6 months.

4. Health and Safety: Louis Fabre Coaching takes considerable measures to ensure the safety of clients while using our services. However, clients are responsible for their own health and safety and must inform the coach of any relevant health issues prior to beginning training.

5. Liability: Louis Fabre Coaching is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred while using our services, except in cases of negligence or intentional misconduct on our part. Louis Fabre Coaching is not liable for any personal belongings lost or stolen on our premises. Clients are advised to secure their valuables.

6. Hygiene and Equipment: Clients must ensure to wear appropriate workout attire and clean sports shoes for the session. All gym equipment used during the session will be disinfected after each use, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness. Comprehensive hygiene protocols are in place for your safety and wellbeing. Clients are liable for any damage they cause to the equipment and may be subject to charges for repair or replacement.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on the Site is the property of Louis Fabre Coaching and is protected by intellectual property laws. No content from the Site may be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Changes to the Terms: Louis Fabre Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Site.
